Processing Times
All beaded necklaces are handmade and made to order. We endeavour to make and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Production time may be longer during peak periods.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times (Australia)
All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed. Please allow for processing time in addition to the delivery estimates above.
International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand and Singapore through our website. We also ship to the UK, USA and Canada through our Etsy store, so if you are based in any of those countries, please place your order there. If you live elsewhere, please contact us and we may be able to organise shipping to your country.

*On arrival, New Zealand orders may be subject to a small government processing levy (approx. NZD $2.21 for air shipments, plus GST on the levy itself) to be paid by the customer. This is a flat border-processing fee collected by the courier/postal service, not by us.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery times quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed off to Australia Post, Magpie Made is no longer responsible for the parcel, including any delays, loss, or damage that occurs in transit. Please contact Australia Post directly for support with a shipment that has already been dispatched.
